LIFESTYLE LIVING GROUP LOOKS TO EXPAND CARE PARTNERSHIPS

Lifestyle Living Group, the premium holiday and residential park specialist, has announced plans to work with more organisations for carers across the UK. This decision was made by chairman Tony Barney, following his attendance at the opening of the new HQ of the Northamptonshire Carers in Wellingborough, where he was personally thanked for his donation of a free lodge home by HRH The Princess Royal.

This all follows a successful partnership with Northamptonshire Carers, NHS Northamptonshire and Northamptonshire County Council. The scheme has seen hundreds of carers from the county enjoying a well-deserved break at one of two luxury lodges at Lifestyle Living Group’s picturesque Carlton Meres Country Park development in the heart of Suffolk.

Carers and their families, as well as groups of carers, have been benefiting from a host of facilities at the four star rated site, including two fishing lakes, an outdoor pool, tennis courts, a five star gym, health spa and children’s play area. There is also a bar and restaurant, which offers live entertainment.

The partnership, which gives Northamptonshire Carers access to an extra lodge home for carers and their families, has been so well received that the Peterborough-based company is now looking for more care organisations to follow suit.

"Our lodge homes are ideal for short breaks for carers and those that require care, and it has been rewarding to welcome so many carers from Northamptonshire to Carlton Meres Country Park".
